Refund & cancellation policy
You may receive a full refund if:
- A written request to cancel is received before the sample enters the lab.
- The sample can’t be tested (e.g. clotted or damaged).
- The test failed and a repeat sample is requested.
- You’ve accidentally paid twice.
Refunds and/or cancellations cannot be given when:
- Testing of the sample has already started.
- You’ve changed your mind and testing of the sample has started.
- The result is abnormal.
- You experience a miscarriage or early pregnancy loss.
- There's a change in your financial circumstances.
Invoices that remain unpaid for 60 days will be forwarded to an external collections partner, AusHealth. Payment plans are available through this company.
If you hold a Health Care Card, Pension Card, or Department of Veterans Affairs card, please email us to discuss to possible Medicare coverage of testing.
